Shipping & Delivery
Generally, purchased items are shipped by the third business day after the financial transaction.  JUNIEblake may offer shipping via various delivery methods, such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.  The buyer pays for Shipping and Handling, but occasionally, promotions and offers may prevail, reducing the cost of Shipping and Handling.
 
 
Privacy & Security
What information do we collect?.  We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order.  When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, email address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.  You may, however, visit the site anonymously
 
How do we use your information?  Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:  To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs); To process transactions (Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested; To send periodic emails (The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
 
How do we protect your information?  We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.  We offer the use of a secure server.  All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secrure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
 
Do we use cookies?  Yes.  (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.  We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart.
 
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?  We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifieable information.  This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.  We may also release yor information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.  However, non-personally indentifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
 
Third Party Links  Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website.  These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies.  We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.  Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites at Customer.Service@junieblake.com.
 
Children's Online Privacy Protection Action Compliance  We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age.  Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
Online Privacy Policy Only  This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.
Your Consent  By using our site, you consent to our website's Privacy Policy.

Ordering
Search  If you know the product(s) you're looking for, simply enter the description or the style number into the search box at the top of each page.  You can also browse the website useing the Site Map hyperlink at the bottom of each webpage for an overview of our site or to quickly locate a particular section.
Making Your Selections  When you wish to purchase an item, select the appropriate Size and Color choices and then click Add To Cart button.  Multiple items can be added to the Cart.  When you have completed shopping you can Check Out and complete your purchase. 
Our Inventory  Our inventory is managed in real time.  Product availability is displayed on each product page.  On occasion, items in your shopping bag can become unavailable before the shipping process is complete.  If this occurs, you will be notified of the change in stock status and the appropriate funds will be credited back to you.
 
 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
In Checkout, you will be requested to provide an email address (for order and shipping confirmation emails), a shipping address, a billing address, and method of payment.  JUNIEblake.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Discover and only accepts payment in US Dollars.  Credit Card transactions generally are processed the same day as purchase.  Packaging your purchases and shipping them to you likely will take place within three business days, depending on volume and availability.  Special promotions (especially pre-order campaigns) may delay the Credit Card transaction to more closely coincide with shipment of the product.
 
Returns & Replacements
JUNIEblake will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online within 30 days of original purchase provided such product is returned in the same condition as it was in when it was purchased.  Tags must still be attached.

Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting Customer.Service@JUNIEblake.com or 928-428-3422.  Authorized Returns accompanied by an issued Remittance Advice within 60 days of the purchase will be credited to the original form of payment. 

Generally the buyer will pay for the shipping of returns or replacements.  The buyer may then make another selection on the website through the normal online purchase process.  Occasionally, when warranted, due to quality issues, JUNIEblake may assume responsibility for the cost of return shipping and/or replacement shipping.  Contact Customer.Service@JUNIEblake.com or call 928-428-3422 for a authorized Remittance Advice.
Items returned without authorization or without the tags attached, may invalidate any any/all refund.  A restocking fee for all/portion of the original cost of the item may be applied at the discretion of JUNIEblake.
 
Updating Account Information
In order to make a purchase, you must create a Customer Account, which will make shopping faster and easier on the JUNIEblake website. You will be able to track your orders, save addresses, and manage your password. Go to the MY ACCOUNT link at the top of the page. It only takes a few minutes and you can update or view your account at any time. The information under MY ACCOUNT is confidential (See Privacy & Security).
